Marshmallow Strawberry Fluffy Cloud Cake Soap Slice
This homemade soap is very complex but yet so easy to make at the same time. I melt down 1 pound of soap base and add my extras like the coconut butter, shea butter and sweet almond oil as well as add the Marshmallow fragrance oil to it. Pour it in a deep mold. Allow it to firm. Once it has firmed you can start to make the bottom layer. I use 4 drop of pink Lab color to tint this layer. I also use 4 drops of Strawberry fragrance oil. I pour it into my silicone cake pan and allow it to firm for 10 minutes. During this time I start to melt the base for the top layer. I also pour enough into the round ice cube trays to cover the cake in pink puffs. Allow those to firm up completely. While that is firming, I take the white Marshmallow scented soap and chop it into cubes. I squirt the Strawberry darker pink layer with rubbing alcohol and start to poke down into the layer some of the white marshmallow cubes.
I remove the top layer from the double boiler and add more of the shea, coconut and sweet almond oil as well as 2 drops of the pink Lab color and 1 drop of the strawberry and 1 drop of the marshmallow fragrance oils and mix. I spray the top of the bottom layer with rubbing alcohol and pour the lighter pink layer on top. I wait for another 10 minutes and spray with the alcohol again and push the remainder of the white Marshmallow cubes down into the lighter pink layer.
I allow everything to firm for another 40 minutes and remove the cake from the silicone pan. I use my wavy cutter and slice the cake up. I heat up half a cup of white marshmallow scented soap base and after squirting the cake slices with the alcohol again, I pour the frosting over the top and quickly add the darker pink puffs and press them down into the frosting. Another quick spray with the alcohol and I pour another couple drizzles of frosting over the top of
the puffs. Allow to firm, wrap, sell and done!
